Copy and Paste

To accomodate the sending of the LNG pipeline letters it would be good to know how to copy and paste.  A search on line will help in that effort but here is our own local version.

Step #1  Highlight the area to be copied.  This is done by putting your cursor on the upper left corner, click and hold the left mouse button, and then drag the cursor to the lower right side of the copied area.  Release the mouse button and push the "command key" at the "C" key at the same time.  This is for a Mac.  

For a PC you would push the "control key" and "C" key at the same time.

You have just completed the copy portion

Step#2  Go to where you want to paste to copied message and click the curser where you want the message to start.  Now push the "command key" and the "V" key at the same time.  This is for a Mac.  For a PC push the "control key" and the "V" key at the same time.  You have now pasted the message in the new location and it is still in the original location as well.
