SOFT MEETING, FEBRUARY, 9th

FEBRUARY MEETING
This month’s meeting will feature a tying demonstration by Ron Metzger. He will show us his favorite versions of the Intruder pattern. These effective and colorful flies are fun to tie and should take winter steelhead. There will be some great raffle prizes and of course Dale’s coffee. Bring a friend and some cookies to share.

FLY TYING CLASSES
The Wet Fly and Soft Hackle class scheduled for January 30th was postponed until Saturday, February 13th. There are a couple seats left so call Dave Roberts at 542-601-5658 to reserve your place. The Patterns to be taught are very useful in varying colors and sizes for trout all over the world. These are the Go To flies when the dries are not working.

FLIES NEEDED
Just a reminder to work on your flies for the Water Watch Auction to be turned in at the May meeting. We also need a 1/2 dozen of your favorite trout flies for a special project. More info at the meeting.
