We are a group of Fly Tyers who want to improve our tying skills. We come from as far north as Roseburg, Oregon and as far south as Yreka, California to converge on Gold Hill, Oregon. We are all different skill levels but we agree on the joy of Fly Tying.
On the Rogue. Tentatively at Shady Cove at 9:00 AM
More details to come.
I will be in Yellowstone for the first two classes and Tom Collett has agreed to take the lead in my absence.
If you have any questions please call me.
For those of you who have not helped with the program before we hold the classes at the White City Rehabilitation Center. Come in the main gate and take the first right. Got to the end and as the road turns to the left park in the parking lot on the right. At the end of the lot and to the right are some picnic tables. Weather permitting we hold class there next to the small building and after some instruction we go to the field and practice casting.
I will send all of you a copy of the lesson plan soon. If you are planning to help during this class/ outing please contact me so I can ensure we have adequate personnel and food come the outing.
